Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Usage Restrictions: Gift cards may only be used for pickup and dine-in orders; they are not eligible for delivery orders.
Terms Updates: Asian Wok reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Purchase Limitations: Physical gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
Expiration and Fees: In compliance with Canadian regulations, gift cards with a specific dollar amount do not expire or incur inactivity fees. However, promotional or service-specific gift cards (e.g., "dinner for two") may have expiration dates or other limitations.
Lost or Stolen Cards: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards and are unable to replace them.
